Russia proved to be an outstanding host for the recent 2018 FIFA World Cup: incredible arenas, beautiful cities, warm and friendly locals ... all key to a successful event.
Pacific Attitude surfed this wave to further deliver some memorable experiences for over 230 Kiwis and Aussies travelling for the occasion. The level of satisfaction reached an all time high - flirting with 100% as messages of thanks and positive testimonials are flooding in!
Once again there was a high number of individual and personalised interaries adapted to suit, from a family on a backpacking tour to Corporate VIP groups riding Russian tanks, enjoying a cooking demonstration with one of the World's Top 10 Chefs and so many more unique and different experiences enjoyed during their free days between games.

"Now after six weeks away I finally have (sort of) settled back into my NZ routine. It certainly was a wonderful time away and especially my World Cup experience in Russia was! Never mind that Germany was unable to defend their title. France definitely deserved to take over as a World Champion!
We were so lucky with having you both to organize the time at the World Cup! Most of all thank you for responding so quickly to my concerns about my first accommodation in Moscow. From then on everything went so smoothly and I would not be surprised if you also did manage to organize the most beautiful summer days for us. I lapped up every moment, not only the games. Over 300 competitors took part and reported that this first time event was brilliantly organised and delivered everything it promised – and so much more! International competitors in particular were blown away by the event with even the most experienced riders admitting "I'e done all sorts of races all over the world, but this is unbelievable" - and that they will be back in 2017. If you're looking for a mountain bike race to get you inspired again, this is it!

New Zealand is Pacific Attitude's homeland and was host for the FIFA U-20 World Cup's 20th Edition happening between 30th of May and 20th of June 2015 throughout 7 host cities.
Pacific Attitude, as FIFA Official Travel Partner, has once again been playing a key role delivering its travel and sporting event management expertise.
Pacific Attitude put together travel packages for fans and provided dedicated itineraries for football scouts looking for new talent - and last and perhaps more importantly, organising pre-competition training camps for selected teams.
Another really successful campaign was implemented, especially for the teams who chose Pacific Attitude to look after all their specific needs in preparation for a World Cup – and the outcomes were outstanding!
Serbia - you cannot get much better than being simply crowned FIFA U-20 World Champion for 2015 !

"Just wanted to write to say thanks to Pacific Attitude for all your efforts and assistance for the trip to the World Cup.
What a blast – all 19 of us really rated the trip. The match tickets were fantastic, so close to the pitch that we were within 20m of Messi when he took the corners and had Rodrigues celebrating the goal of the tournament right in front of us.
The hotel in Lapa worked really well as a venue for the conference, especially the roof top pool. Its location was perfect as it was a lot less touristy than Copacabana and we felt like we were part of the local Brazilian scene".

Every year in June the Steinlager Series takes place – a 3
test match tour across the country between the hosting team, the
All Blacks and a country from the Northern Hemisphere. In 2013,
it was France, with a special revenge taste being the first time
the teams had played against each other since the 23rd of
October 2011, date of the tense RWC 2011 Final won by the All
Blacks.
For the occasion, Pacific Attitude welcomed more than 150 French rugby fans coming over to support Les Bleus – either from France to participate in a three week itinerary throughout New Zealand or from French Polynesia for the Auckland test.

The RWC 2011 had a special taste as it was the first time New
Zealand had hosted the competition since the original event in
1987, also the first All Blacks World Champion Title.
This edition was a great success, with a genuine partnership
between Southern Travelnet & Groupe Couleur, a French and a New
Zealand based company. Same country of origin as the two teams
competing during the Final for the 2011 Title!
In total, not less than 3,200 people ( +/- 15,000 match tickets)
travelled to New Zealand using our services, positioning Groupe
Couleur as the top OTA for the tournament.

Southern Travelnet (part owner of Pacific Attitude) was in charge of the Parliamentarian Rugby World 2011 organisation. This competition is a rugby tournament taking place just before the official IRB Rugby World Cup.
A few teams from around the world compete for the sacred honour of World Champion. The teams are composed of Members of Parliament and government associates, as well as a few 'special guest' players.
8 teams played in the 2011 Edition, with over 250 people involved. Southern Travelnet was in charge of all the Tournament Organization (playing facilities, referees, ambulances, post game functions) as well as all the travel requirements for each team (accommodation, transport, hospitality). The competition was followed by a cultural, political and tourist itinerary with various local highlights along the way, before ending at Eden Park for the RWC 2011 Opening Ceremony and Pacific Crunch between New Zealand & Tonga.
"I have been joining the NZ Parliamentarian Team as a guest player for PRWC 2011 in NZ – this will remain a great memory as we won the trophy on our own soil – but the whole tournament was a real success as really well organized – The organizing team was in charge of both on field & off field organization, and they did a great job! They put an excellent itinerary together with a great mixture of culture, sport, discovery and fun!
The organizing crew was really professional in the execution of their work, but good fun too as they even jumped on the field to play some footy in addition to being part of every single step of the whole project – a warm thank to the team!"
